EGP Leadership

Todd is the Founder and Managing Partner of EGP. With more than 25 years of private equity and mergers and acquisitions ("M&A") experience, he has invested in approximately 50 private companies and advised on more than 75 M&A transactions. 

Prior to founding EGP, Todd was a Managing Director with leading M&A advisor, Harris Williams ("HW"). Most recently, he was the Head of HW's San Francisco Office and West Coast Healthcare & Life Sciences Group. While at HW, he gained significant experience leading transactions and advising shareholders and management teams in an array of industries including: healthcare products and services, HCIT, branded consumer products, and business services. 

Todd is an active non-profit volunteer, including serving as Board Chair for the Alzheimer’s Association Northern California & Northern Nevada Chapter. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Richmond’s E. Claiborne Robins School of Business with a concentration in Finance.
